RiveX provides market charts, technical indicators, On-Chain Radar, address and entity labels, cross-chain data, AI market analysis, watchlists and favorites, and community information solely for market observation, research, and general reference.
Content on this site does not constitute investment, trading, financial, legal, tax, or other professional advice and is not a buy or sell instruction, solicitation, discretionary trading service, asset custody service, or guarantee of returns. You should not make major decisions based solely on this site's content and must independently verify data, assess risks, and bear the consequences of your decisions.
3. Market Analysis APP
The RiveX APP is a market observation and analysis tool, not an exchange, broker, investment adviser, or asset management service. Unless a specific feature clearly states otherwise, the APP does not execute trades on behalf of any third party and does not custody your fiat currency, crypto assets, private keys, or seed phrases.
Installation, updates, and operation of the APP may be affected by the operating system, hardware, network, exchange interfaces, market data providers, and security policies. This site will make reasonable efforts to maintain compatibility but does not guarantee permanent availability on all devices, in all regions, or across all network environments.
Users may not modify, crack, reverse engineer, bypass authorization or security controls, or use the APP for unauthorized bulk requests, attacks, data resale, or illegal activities, except where expressly permitted by applicable law.
4. Account, Login, and Member Responsibilities
This site may offer email, Google, or other third-party login methods. You must ensure that login information and submitted content are truthful and lawful, properly safeguard your login email, account, device, and login status, and remain responsible for activity under your account.
If an account is involved in abuse, fraud, spam, malicious attacks, unauthorized automation, infringement of others' rights, evasion of risk controls, or violation of these Terms, this site may restrict, suspend, or terminate the account and related permissions.
5. Google Login and Third-Party Accounts
When using a third-party login, you must also comply with that third party's applicable terms and policies. Google Login is used only for identity verification and does not mean Google endorses this site's content, memberships, payments, AI analysis, or on-chain information. If third-party policy, technology, review, service interruption, or API permission changes affect functionality, this site may adjust, suspend, or replace the related service.
6. Membership Benefits, Payments, and Digital Services
This site may offer different membership levels, On-Chain Radar, AI analysis quotas, advanced indicators, digital reports, priority features, community permissions, or other paid services. Specific prices, terms, usage limits, and benefits are those displayed on the payment page at the time of payment.
Benefits will be activated automatically where possible after payment. Payment delays, on-chain confirmation delays, third-party issues, or risk-control reviews may require manual handling. Once a digital service has been activated, generated, delivered, used, consumed, or materially begun performance, refunds are generally not provided unless otherwise stated on the payment page or mandatory law requires otherwise.
For duplicate charges, incorrect amounts, unactivated benefits, technical failures, or unauthorized transactions, you may contact [email protected] and provide the payment time, transaction number, and description for verification.
7. Upgrades, Renewals, Downgrades, Expiration, and Cancellation
Rules for membership upgrades, renewals, downgrades, cancellations, and expiration are governed by what is displayed on the membership or payment page at the relevant time. If automatic renewal is available, the billing period and cancellation method will be shown before payment. After membership expires, is canceled, downgraded, or restricted due to a violation, some benefits may end immediately or at the end of the current period.
Digital benefits that have already been delivered, generated, used, or consumed are not automatically refunded due to downgrade, cancellation, suspension, or account restrictions. This site may adjust prices and features due to operational, technical, legal, third-party cost, or security requirements, but will make reasonable efforts to maintain existing core benefits during a paid period.
8. Market Data, On-Chain Data, and Radar Alerts
Prices, candlesticks, trading volume, on-chain transactions, address labels, fund attribution, support and resistance levels, and radar alerts may come from exchanges, blockchains, Etherscan API, third-party providers, algorithms, and manual curation and may contain delays, omissions, errors, reorganizations, or label misclassification.
“Real-time” means the system updates continuously according to product design; it does not mean zero latency or a guarantee of trading-grade data. No On-Chain Radar alert, AI interpretation, technical indicator, or model score can replace your verification of original transactions and market risks.
9. AI Analysis and Result Limitations
AI reports, chart interpretations, trend assessments, model scores, and other results may be generated jointly by algorithms, AI models, market data, on-chain data, and user input and are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, real-time, or suitable for a particular purpose.
AI content may contain errors, omissions, bias, or outdated information and should not be the sole basis for trading decisions or replace advice from qualified professionals.
10. Community and User Content
Do not submit fraud, infringement, hate, harassment, pornography, violence, phishing, viruses, private data, official impersonation, market manipulation, illegal fundraising, principal- or interest-guaranteed schemes, managed investing or trade-calling services, or other illegal or high-risk content. Artificially inflating activity, vote manipulation, bulk posting, or disrupting service fairness is also prohibited.
You retain rights to the content you submit while authorizing this site, to the extent necessary to provide the Service, display interactions, review security, organize content, and improve features, to store, display, categorize, summarize, reformat, or remove such content. You warrant that submitted content does not infringe third-party rights.
11. Intellectual Property and Data Use
RiveX's brand, logos, page designs, programs, database structures, data organization, models, layouts, and original content are protected by applicable rights. Without written permission, you may not scrape at scale, mirror, reproduce, adapt, resell, create a competing database, or bypass technical restrictions to obtain content from this site.
Reasonable citations should identify the source and must not distort, mislead, or imply that this site endorses third-party views, products, or trading services. Infringement notices should be sent to [email protected].
12. Third-Party Services and External Links
This site may use or link to exchanges, blockchain explorers, Google, payment, email, AI, hosting, database, analytics, security, and community platforms. Third-party services are the responsibility of their providers; delays, interruptions, errors, policy changes, account restrictions, or security incidents may affect this site's functionality. Your use of third-party services is also subject to their terms and policies.
13. Account and Data Deletion
You may stop using the Service or contact [email protected] to request deletion of your account and identifiable data. This site may first verify your identity; data required for transactions, security, disputes, customer support, anti-fraud, or legal requirements may need to be retained. Anonymized data, necessary backups, or previously lawfully visible community content may not be completely removable immediately.
14. Partner Program and Partner Rewards
A signed-in member may apply to the Partner Program and receives an invite link once RiveX approves the application. An invited friend must complete their first registration through a valid invite link to receive a 14-day software-membership trial; no payment method is required and it will not renew automatically. Direct signups, existing accounts, or invite links clicked only after registration do not receive a retroactive trial or change an existing referral relationship.
Trial accounts do not generate rewards or count as qualified referrals. Each invited friend can generate a partner reward only once, from the first eligible paid subscription; renewals are not rewarded again. The first payment counts as a qualified referral after a 30-day confirmation period, and refunds or payment reversals are adjusted according to the stored policy version and ledger records.
New rewards for non-paying partners are capped at 15%. After becoming an active software member and meeting the qualified-referral threshold, a partner can upgrade under the program rules; an earned tier is not downgraded when membership expires. Rates, thresholds, settlement network, minimum amount and manual-review rules are shown in the Partner Program Rules and those rules prevail.
When publicly sharing invite content, a partner must clearly disclose in an easy-to-see location that they may receive a reward. They must not promise returns or win rates or imply that RiveX endorses their personal views.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, this site is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the website, APP, market data, on-chain data, AI analysis, membership features, payments, third-party services, or user content, including trading losses, data loss, business losses, decision errors, or losses caused by third-party failures.
This site does not guarantee that the Service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or risk-free. This limitation of liability does not exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
16. Service Changes and Termination
This site may modify, suspend, restrict, or terminate certain features, membership benefits, or the entire Service due to security, legal, technical, operational, payment risk-control, data-source, or platform policy changes. If a user violates the Terms, infringes rights, abuses the Service, attacks systems, commits fraud, or makes malicious refund claims, this site may restrict or terminate the account.
After termination, provisions concerning payments, refunds, intellectual property, limitations of liability, dispute resolution, data retention, and any provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.
17. Dispute Resolution and Validity
Disputes concerning membership, payments, refunds, content moderation, account restrictions, or data deletion should first be addressed through amicable consultation by email. If unresolved, they will be handled according to applicable law and the specific circumstances. These Terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights provided by law.
If any provision is found invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions is unaffected. Failure by this site to immediately enforce a right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
