1. Data We Collect
When you use RiveX, we may collect data you provide voluntarily or that is generated through your use of features, including:
- The email address and registration time you voluntarily provide for Mac release notifications; duplicate registrations using the same email are deduplicated for statistics.
- Member email address, nickname, avatar, login method, account status, membership level, and permission records.
- Basic identification information provided by Google or other third-party login providers, such as email address, public name, avatar, and account ID.
- Watchlisted assets, favorites, layout preferences, indicator settings, alert settings, browsing interactions, and analysis records.
- The public market-source configuration you actively import, together with its source ID, version, content fingerprint, intended enabled state, selected markets, synchronization time and deletion marker.
- Text, images, market conditions, and generated results submitted to AI market analysis, chart interpretation, or report features.
- Membership activation, order number, payment status, amount, transaction time, and necessary transaction records.
- Friend invite codes, clicks and attribution, referral bindings, 14-day trials, first eligible subscriptions, partner tiers, partner-reward ledgers, and the Aptos payout-address snapshot and transaction hash used for settlement requests.
- Text, image links, comments, votes, and feedback you submit in communities, signal groups, or interactive areas.
- IP address, browser, operating system, APP version, device type, update checks, request time, error logs, security risk-control data, and login records.
This site does not proactively collect sensitive personal data unrelated to the Service. Do not submit identity documents, full financial account numbers, payment passwords, exchange keys, wallet seed phrases, private keys, or other highly sensitive information.
2. How We Use Data
- Create, maintain, verify, and protect member accounts and login Sessions.
- Synchronize watchlists, favorites, alert preferences, analysis layouts, membership levels, and cross-device settings.
- Restore market-source configurations you actively import to other devices signed in to the same account, and synchronize updates, disabling and deletion actions.
- Provide the market analysis APP, market charts, technical indicators, On-Chain Radar, AI interpretation, and report features.
- Process payments, membership activation, order verification, benefit delivery, and customer support requests.
- Provide friend-invite trials, preserve referral relationships that cannot be changed at will, calculate first-eligible-subscription rewards, review settlements manually, and reconcile refunds and on-chain payments.
- Send Mac release notifications based on your voluntary registration, as well as account, security, service, alert, other version update, policy, or payment-related notifications.
- Detect abuse, fraud, unauthorized access, malicious automation, and attacks against the website or APP.
- Improve data quality, product experience, technical performance, compatibility, and security risk controls.
RiveX does not sell your personal data.
3. Market Analysis App, PWA and Market-Source Sync
The RiveX desktop app and PWA may locally store watchlists, chart layouts, indicator preferences, alert settings, imported market sources and necessary caches on your device. When you sign in and use synchronization, related settings may be linked to your member account for cross-device use.
Market-source sync stores only security-validated configuration and usage intent, isolated by member account; it is never added to the public catalog or provided to other users. We do not synchronize exchange API keys, secrets, cookies, tokens, passwords, private keys, seed phrases, local credential references, market caches, connection-test responses or trading permissions. Third-party market data continues to connect directly from your device, and the sync service does not proxy arbitrary URLs.
In RiveX Market Source Management, you can export all private synchronized data for the current account (including workspaces, watchlists, drawings, alerts, reminders and market-source configurations) or pause future synchronization on the current device. The export file does not contain API keys, secrets or local credentials, and pausing does not delete local data.
You can also delete the cloud private copy for the current account directly. After deletion, local data is kept and synchronization pauses automatically; the server rejects uploads from older clients until you explicitly resume synchronization in the new interface. Once resumed, data still kept on your devices is uploaded again. To propagate market-source deletions to offline devices, a minimal source ID, deletion time and version cursor may be kept as a deletion marker for as long as necessary, but the configuration content is removed immediately.
To check whether copying, pasting, synchronization, restoring and installation prompts work properly, the Service may aggregate, per day, fixed types of anonymous feature events and a coarse operating-system category. These events do not include member IDs, source IDs, coins, URLs, market-source configurations, error text or trading data; the feature-event table stores only the date, a fixed event name, the platform category and a count. Devices use a random installation identifier for rate limiting and daily de-duplication; that identifier is not written to the feature-event statistics table.
If a security or service anomaly is detected, RiveX may temporarily disable market-source copying, cloud writes or restores, or block specific source IDs / configuration fingerprints; such measures do not delete data stored locally on your device.
The APP may check for version updates and collect necessary version number, operating system, device type, startup, and error information to provide updates, troubleshoot crashes, and improve compatibility. Unless a feature page clearly states otherwise and the necessary authorization is obtained, this site does not read private files, contacts, or other unrelated content on your device.
4. Google Login and Third-Party Login
If you use Google Login, this site may receive your email address, public name, avatar, and Google account ID solely to verify identity, create or log in to an account, maintain security, and provide membership features.
This site does not thereby access Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, contacts, or other private Google content unless related features are added in the future with separate notice and authorization. Data obtained through Google API will be handled in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy (including Limited Use requirements) and will not be used for unrelated advertising, sale, or training of general-purpose AI models.
5. Cookie, Local Storage, and Necessary Technologies
This site and the APP may use necessary Cookie, local storage, device identifiers, or similar technologies to preserve login status, member Session, preferences, risk-control information, and basic functionality. You may clear related data in your browser or device, but functions such as login, synchronization, watchlists, reports, or payment status may be affected.
6. Market, On-Chain, and Third-Party Data Services
This site may use exchanges, blockchain explorers, Etherscan API, market data providers, stablecoin services, or DeFi data services to display prices, candlesticks, trading volume, on-chain transactions, address labels, and cross-chain information. Queries may include necessary parameters such as assets, trading pairs, networks, transaction hashes, or addresses.
Blockchain transactions themselves are data that can be permanently viewed on-chain. Address labels and fund attribution organized by this site may come from algorithms, third-party data, and manual curation, and may contain delays or errors.
7. AI Analysis and Image Data
Chart or market screenshot analysis may require receiving compressed images, market conditions, and analysis instructions. This data is processed only to the extent necessary to provide the requested analysis, save member reports, or improve the Service. Unless separate explicit consent is obtained, this site does not use members' private content to train general-purpose artificial intelligence models.
AI and algorithmic outputs may contain errors, bias, or omissions and may only be used as research and supplementary interpretation information.
8. Payments, Friend Invites and Member Data
Payments may be processed by third-party payment services. This site generally stores only the order number, payment status, amount, membership permissions, service activation status, and necessary verification records. It does not store complete credit card data, payment passwords, wallet private keys, or complete payment credentials.
Friend-invite data is used to provide trials, lock referral attribution, determine the first eligible subscription, calculate partner tiers and partner rewards, process refund reversals, and support manual settlement. While repeated trial registrations are observed, the system does not directly block a first registration by IP or device, and trial accounts do not generate partner rewards by themselves.
If duplicate charges, payment anomalies, unactivated benefits, or unauthorized transactions occur, please contact [email protected], and provide the payment time, transaction number, and a description of the issue.
9. Community and Visible Content
Content you submit in communities, comments, polls, or other visible interactive areas may be seen by other users or indexed by search engines. To maintain community safety, this site may review, label, hide, delete, restrict, or back up content and activity records.
Do not submit other people's private data, financial accounts, identity documents, private addresses, payment information, unauthorized images, or information you do not want others to see.
10. Data Retention
While an account is in use, this site may retain membership data, watchlists, favorites, reports, permissions, community interactions, and necessary activity records. Transaction, payment, customer support, and security records may be retained longer when required for legal, risk-control, financial reconciliation, or dispute-handling purposes. When data is no longer needed, this site may delete, anonymize, or aggregate it.
Operational backups of private synchronization data are encrypted, access-restricted and integrity-checked. Restore drills write only to an isolated directory and never overwrite live data. After an account is closed, live private content is deleted immediately; necessary pre-rotation backups must not be used to restore a closed account and leave retention according to the backup rotation cycle.
11. Access, Correction, and Deletion
In the Member Center, you can directly export your account, cross-device settings and private market-source data, or close the account yourself after explicit second confirmation. Closing revokes website and app sessions and deletes personal settings and market-source configuration bodies; the system retains only a minimal anti-restore lock and de-identified records necessary for payment, settlement, disputes or security.
You may also request access to, correction of or deletion of other identifiable member data. To prevent impersonation, the site may first verify account identity; some data may not be deleted immediately due to transaction records, security controls, legal obligations or legitimate operational needs. Contact [email protected], and we recommend using “Account Deletion Request” or “Data Deletion Request” as the email subject.
12. Data Security
This site takes reasonable technical and administrative measures to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, misuse, loss, modification, or disclosure of data. However, no network transmission or electronic storage can guarantee absolute security, and you should also properly safeguard your login email, account, device, and verification information.
13. Children's Privacy
This site is not primarily intended for children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their personal data. Anyone below the legal age of majority in their location should use the Service with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. If you believe a child has provided data without consent, please contact us so we can address it.
14. Important Notice
RiveX market data, candlesticks, technical indicators, On-Chain Radar, address labels, AI analysis, model scores, and community content are provided only for market observation, research, and general reference. They do not constitute investment, trading, financial, legal, tax, or other professional advice and do not guarantee any return or outcome.
15. Policy Changes and Contact Us
This site may update this policy in response to changes in features, law, security, or operations and may revise the last-updated date. If you continue using the Service after an update, you are deemed to accept the updated policy.
